HOW TO ORDER

Email your order to info@redstags.ca (put “Order” in the subject line)

Include: Item Name, SKU or Product Number, and Quantity ( a single screenshot that shows both of those works too)

An invoice will be emailed back with your final quote, ask for clarification, or update with any delays or discrepancies.

AVOID SHIPPING COSTS! We have learned that when we place large orders we are able to reduce the cost on shipping per item (think buying in economy or club pack size!). So, we encourage folks to join in our large orders and let us take care of those fees!

MEMBERSHIP PERKS! Our members enjoy the privilege of 10% off their order total PLUS they can earn extra discounts by helping us at our fundraising events to get up to 30% off individual items.

ANYONE CAN ORDER! You don’t need to be a member to order through us! Non-members are able to order through us and also take advantage of our occasional sales when we have them. If you join your order to one of our large orders then you can take advantage of a tax-free and no shipping cost like our members! We will gladly pay those both for you as a thank you for choosing to buy something through us.

https://calimacil.com/ Calimacil is one of our top used suppliers for our polyurethane (aka PU or foam-rubber) weapons but also have amazing armour, great clothing and accessories and various other props to make any larp more exciting. PU weapons are longer lasting, less maintenance with a bit higher cost than latex.

https://us.epicarmoury.com/ Our next big supplier has great PU weapons but has a better selection for the latex weapons. If you get latex weapons make sure to get proper solvent treatment for their upkeep. They also have great collection of clothing, accessories, and props. Latex weapons are much more affordable but they require a more hands on maintenance from time to time. Ask us how we can help!

https://artisansdazure.com/ Another fabulous company to get a variety of larping needs fulfilled! Clothing, accessories, armour are better found here. The Nemesis Workshop makes great fantasy weapons that can be found on here.

https://ironfortress.com/categories/brands/ A mass collection of brands to look through! This is our newest supplier and one we are excited to work with. You will see reoccurring brand names such as Calimacil, Artisans d’Azure, Epic Armoury, etc. This site brings them all together but there is a quirk, only dealers can login to see stock amount and pricing. Use this site to look more quickly through combined collections and if you find something you like you can connect with me at info@redstags.ca and I can find the price for you.
